Terms of use

Last updated: 26 July 2026

What this service is

Pneusmart compares the prices of car and motorcycle tyres offered by third-party retailers across several European markets.

We are not a shop. We hold no stock, we sell nothing, and we are not a party to any purchase you make. When you follow an offer you leave Pneusmart and continue on the retailer's own site, under their terms. You do not need an account to use the service, and we do not offer one.

Prices and availability

Prices, stock and product details are supplied by retailers and change often. We show what we were last told. We do not guarantee that any price shown here is currently available, and the price on the retailer's site at the moment you buy is the one that applies. If you spot something wrong, please tell us โ€” corrections are welcome.

How offers are ranked

Offers are ranked by total price, lowest first. Retailers cannot pay for placement, and no offer is promoted for commercial reasons. We are paid a commission on some click-throughs; this does not change your price or the ranking. The full explanation is on the "How we rank & earn" page.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to build a competing dataset. Normal browsing and comparison is exactly what it is for.

Intellectual property

The site design, text and structure belong to Pneusmart B.V. Brand names, logos and product data belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and comparison.

Liability, governing law and disputes

[To be completed before launch โ€” pending legal review: liability limits and disclaimers, the mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded in each active market, and the governing law and forum, including the consumer carve-outs required by EU law (a consumer generally cannot be deprived of the protection of their home jurisdiction). Requires legal review per jurisdiction.]

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown above.
